The Thornbury Room
Named after the townhouse's original architect, the Thornbury Room serves seasonal British menus beneath low brass chandeliers and dark wood panelling. Expect proper Sunday roasts, a serious wine list and a kitchen that leans on ingredients from Scotland, Cornwall and the Home Counties.

The Amber Bar
The natural stop before or after an evening at the casino lounge. Amber pours classic and house cocktails from a backlit marble counter, with a short menu of small plates for guests who'd rather not leave the room.
