These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of londonhotelresort.com (the "Site") and, where applicable, your stay at or visit to London Hotel Resort (the "Hotel"). By using the Site or visiting the Hotel, you agree to these Terms.

1. Age Restriction

The Hotel, including its casino lounge, restaurants and bars, is open only to individuals aged 18 years or older. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Valid photo identification will be required upon arrival at the Hotel.

2. Use of the Site

This Site is provided for informational purposes to help visitors learn about the Hotel and make enquiries. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Reservations & Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. All bookings for rooms, dining or the casino lounge are subject to availability and confirmation directly by our reservations team.

4. Casino Lounge Access

Access to the casino lounge is a discretionary privilege extended to guests aged 18 and over who meet our house dress code and other entry requirements. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service at its discretion. Please review our Responsible Gambling policy for further detail.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images and design elements, is the property of London Hotel Resort or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
