Age Restriction — Strictly 18 and Over
Entry to London Hotel Resort, including all guest rooms, restaurants, bars and the casino lounge, is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driving licence or national ID card) is required at check-in and again at the entrance to the casino lounge. We reserve the right to refuse entry, service or accommodation to anyone unable to provide satisfactory proof of age.
Our Approach to Responsible Play
The casino lounge at London Hotel Resort is intended as one part of a broader evening of hospitality — alongside dinner, drinks and rest — rather than as a standalone activity. Our lounge hosts are trained to:
- Monitor the wellbeing of guests at the tables and offer breaks or refreshments as needed
- Decline to serve guests who appear to be in distress or who ask for assistance managing their play
- Support any guest who wishes to arrange a self-exclusion from the lounge for a period of their choosing
- Signpost guests to independent, confidential support services on request
Self-Exclusion
Any guest may ask hotel management, in confidence, to be excluded from the casino lounge for a set period. Requests can be made in person at reception or by contacting us in advance of your stay. Self-exclusion requests are handled discreetly and will be honoured for the duration requested.
Signs to Be Aware Of
We encourage all guests to enjoy the casino lounge as one part of a relaxed evening. Signs that play may no longer be enjoyable can include spending more time or money than planned, feeling anxious about returning to the tables, or borrowing money to continue playing.
